  • Design review: Before manufacturing ,To ensure that we deliver PCBs that meet our customers' specifications, we conduct a comprehensive review of all files provided by the customer, working closely with their engineering team to identify any potential issues and ensure that the design is fully manufacturable.

  • Material selection: To ensure that the PCBs meet the required specifications, we are meticulous in our selection of materials for the manufacturing process.

  • Incoming inspection: We conduct an incoming inspection on all materials received to ensure that they meet the specified requirements and are of the highest quality.

  • Testing: As part of our quality control procedures, we subject the finished PCBs to multiple tests to verify their compliance with the required specifications. These tests include electrical testing, functional testing, and visual inspection.

  • Final inspection : We’ll take final inspection of the PCBs before shipping to ensure that they meet the required specifications and are of the highest quality.
